Covid 19


All Guests are required to confirm to us that you are permitted to travel and book self catering properties under the current government Covid requirements as detailed on the government's website and the purpose of your visit. This will need to be evidenced. Access / key details will not be released until we have the required information.

On the morning or your arrival, detailed check in / Key access instructions will be sent out. These details will not be sent until we have received completed Covid-19 Forms which get sent to you 1 day before your check in.

We also require you to provide a home address. If this has not been provided at the time of booking then it is the guests responsibility to update their booking details with valid information. If any details are missing from the booking then access details will not be sent out.

An additional cleaning and changeover checklist has been created in line with the latest Government, Public Health England and Health & Safety Executive guidance for Covid 19 and will continue to be updated in line with Government & Legislation.

We have been working closely with our specialist teams and contractors. The checklist document provides guidance on the recommended additional cleaning measures to take when performing changeovers. It is not an exhaustive list and the items and areas requiring additional cleaning will vary with each property. An individual “on the job” checklist will be provided to all cleaners for each property.The objection is to ensure that all high-contact items and surrounding areas are suitably cleaned and disinfected.

At the end of your stay you are kindly requested to strip your beds and place all used linen, towels, bathmats and tea towels into the plastic bags provided. Please take care not to strip the mattress or pillow protectors as these are dealt with separately.

We also kindly request that you observe the check-out time for your departure day, to ensure that the property is empty when our cleaning team arrives. This procedure is in line with the latest Government, Public Health England and Health & Safety Executive guidance and recommendations.
